Price Match Policy

Effective Date: 01/02/2024

At The Stove Depot, we are committed to offering the best prices online. If you find a lower price for any of our products, we will not only match it but also beat it by the following amounts:

  • €50 for products priced over €2000
  • €25 for products priced between €1000 and €1999
  • €15 for products priced between €250 and €999
  • €10 for products priced between €100 and €249

To qualify, you must provide proof of the lower price, such as a screenshot, invoice, or email from the competitor.

Our Price Match Guarantee

We work hard to ensure that our prices are the lowest available online. If you find another store offering a lower price than ours, let us know and we will refund the difference and beat it according to the amounts listed above. We want you to feel confident knowing you are getting the best deal possible for your purchase.

Price Match Policy Limitations

Our 100% Price Match Guarantee has the following terms and conditions:

  • You must purchase the item from www.thestovedepot.ie before requesting a Price Match.
  • Promotions such as rebates or buy one, get one free offers are not eligible.
  • The competitor's item must be in stock at the time of your Price Match request.
  • The competitor must be an online retailer with no physical retail locations.
  • The competitor’s website cannot be a discounter or auction site (e.g., eBay, Overstock).
  • Refund requests exclude special once-a-year promotions such as Black Friday or Cyber Monday.
  • The competitor must be an Authorized Retailer of the product in question.
  • The Price Match includes both the item price and any shipping charges but excludes sales tax.

Exceptions and Final Decisions

Certain exceptions may apply. The Stove Depot strives to offer the best deals and discounts allowed by our manufacturers. However, if matching a price results in a significant loss, we reserve the right to make a final decision on whether to approve the Price Match.
